A leader is a person
Who IMPACTED your life
Who helped you escape
A life full of strife
He is an icon
Of which you look up to
One who did what had to be done
Because there were few
In other words...
A leader is a person
Who rose to the occasion
When no one else dared
To accomplish the mission
Is there a leader
In this life of yours?
Is there someone
That deserves your applause?

This week, Reuben shared with us about leadership! *pats Reuben on the back* "Good job, Reuben!" :D Well, basically, the poem above has pretty much summarized his sharing as a whole. The point which stood out to me the most from his sharing was that, as a leader, it is not only important that you encourage others, you need to be encouraged BY others as well! :)
Proverbs 27:17- As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.
Tadaa~ I finally found the verse! :) So yup, Impactors, never forget to encourage one another under any circumstances at all, as your encouragement can really help one develop his/her leadership skills! Have a great week ahead! God bless you all! :)
